- Delivering well-being workshops addressing stigma and cultural barriers.
- Training community health ambassadors to act as connectors between NHS and Somali families.

Social Innovation & Community Development
- Supporting community-led projects through mini-grants and capacity-building.
- Developing community enterprise initiatives and social businesses.
- Advising on neighbourhood regeneration and urban inclusion strategies.
- Acting as a delivery partner for Third Sector, Local Authority and Welsh Government community funds.
Media Advocacy
Media, Advocacy & Communications
- Amplify Somali voices and positive stories across Wales. Managing media campaigns promoting Somali contributions to Welsh life.
- Providing spokespeople, press releases, and community briefings.
- Producing short films, podcasts, and digital storytelling projects.
- Offering communications consultancy to public bodies on engaging Somali audiences.
Networking
Networking & Convening
- Hosting and partnering on annual conferences or leadership summits on community development.
- Creating regional networking events across Wales (North, West, South).
- Establishing thematic working groups (youth, women, business, education).
- Maintaining a directory of Somali-led organisations and services.

- Support funders and partners to measure impact effectively and ethically.
- Designing community-sensitive evaluation frameworks.
- Collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data.
- Producing impact reports to inform continuous improvement.

- Partnering with local councils on recycling and green living initiatives.
